Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is seeking a Senior Director of Advancement to lead fundraising strategy and execution for our mission-driven nonprofit at a critical growth stage. This is an experienced senior-level role with real accountability, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to see your work translate into tangible community impact. The base salary for this position is $116,000 – 155,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The total rewards package includes a comprehensive benefits offering that includes paid time off, twenty paid holidays, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, group life insurance, and a car allowance. This is a remote position; however, regular travel is expected to meet with donors, cultivate relationships, attend networking and community events, attend board meetings, and support fundraising activities that require in-person engagement.
